New Databases - Ei Compendex and Ei Patents now available
We are expanding our range of databases with immediate access to the databases Ei Compendex and Ei Patents databases for you!
Ei Compendex is a comprehensive engineering platform. It provides a holistic and global view of peer reviewed and indexed publications with over 18.8 million records from 76 countries across 190 engineering disciplines. With the Engineering Index Thesaurus, Compendex is indexed specifically for engineers, ensuring that search results are consistently accurate and relevant to engineering research.
Ei Patents provides access to patent information from three major patent offices. It contains more than 28 million records from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the European Union Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), making it suitable for an initial patent overview. However, the database is not suitable for a comprehensive, professional patent search.
Both databases can be used simultaneously on the Engineering Village platform.
