Alternatively, items can also be purchased and accessed via our document delivery service.

Reference management

Reference management

Citavi, EndNote and Zotero are reference management programs which enable you to collect, organize and edit bibliographical references for your research sources, including full-text content, websites and images. The University Library provides site licenses for these programs, and as the main point of contact for reference management queries, we also provide support for the RWTH community.
